Prevail Testimonial — Blair Corey

I joined early in 2025. I was having lingering knee pain in my left interior meniscus that I developed roughly 5 to 6 months prior to seeing Reg. I had been going to physio and we weren't able to get it corrected.

I'd say my biggest challenge before Prevail was a lack of the proper prescription for volume of rehab. While I had been doing a lot of good exercise, I wasn't doing enough of it in a day/week.

I cycle a LOT — since joining Prevail I have noticed a significant improvement in overall knee comfort while on the bike and off the bike. It's nice to be able to walk up/down the stairs and not feel discomfort in my knee.

The coaching and accountability has helped, but also to check how the program is meeting my goals. Reg takes the time to dig in and create a program that really targets your issue and

goals.

I took for granted how important resistance training is to my everyday life. I have been active for as long as I can remember, but I didn't realize that while I may spend a lot of time on the bike I was creating muscle imbalances that were going to catch up to me and hold me back on the bike and with everything else in the day.

Positive reinforcement from seeing the impact of the program spill over to so many aspects of my day-to-day makes it pretty hard to stop. So many people start to feel better and forget what was making them feel better, ending up back right where they started.

I have recommended Prevail to many of my friends. Frequently I hear people talking about quitting an activity they love because of injury or joint pain. I share with them how much success I have had and how it’s well worth taking the time to explore working with Prevail.

Those who have gone have been very grateful — it’s great to see others being able to continue doing the things that bring them joy.
