Before joining Prevail, my biggest struggles were discipline with food choices and over complicating my workouts. That had been holding me back for a couple of years with nutrition—and honestly, I’ve always overthought exercise.
Since joining, my progress has been incredible. I’ve dropped over 20 pounds, lost a significant amount of body fat, and now see clear definition—my abs are showing, my waist has leaned out, and strength has increased noticeably. Mobility and fitness have improved just as much. I feel comfortable lifting in the gym or running trails, and that confidence carries into everyday life.
What I’m most proud of is my consistency. I don’t overthink things anymore—I just get them done. The structure and accountability have made everything feel simpler and more manageable, even on busy days.
This progress has spilled into other areas of my life too. I feel more confident mentally and physically, I’m less sore after work, my energy lasts all day, and daily movement feels easier. The only time I’m out of breath now is during workouts—which is exactly how it should be.
The coaching calls were especially helpful early on, keeping me on track while providing practical tips that supported steady progress.
Overall, I feel great knowing I now have the habits and lifestyle in place to keep progressing long term. Seeing what I’ve already achieved makes it clear—this is just the beginning, and continued progress feels inevitable.
