Before joining the VIP program, my biggest obstacle was inconsistency. Medical training had completely disrupted my routines, and I relied on motivation to work out and eat well—which usually meant nothing happened at all.
Fitness and nutrition were always pushed to the bottom of my priority list.
Through coaching, I learned that relying on motivation only reinforces inconsistency. Instead, the focus shifted to building simple routines that removed barriers and made progress easier to sustain.
Since joining, I’ve regained significant strength, improved my posture, and feel more capable in everyday tasks at home and work. I’m no longer bogged down by fatigue, and daily movement feels easier and more natural. Surprisingly, I’ve seen better results training from home over the past six months than I did spending years trying to get to the gym.
My nutrition habits have also changed dramatically. I understand food better, enjoy flexibility, and no longer feel stuck in cycles of restriction or cravings. Coaching helped me face things head-on—tracking progress, even small daily wins, made accountability feel empowering instead of overwhelming.
What I’m most proud of is letting go of perfection. I used to think all-or-nothing. Now I know that consistent effort—even 10% on busy days—beats short bursts of intensity followed by burnout. My weight has gone from 111 to 103, but more importantly, I feel stronger, more comfortable in my body, and confident in my routines.
If you’re considering this program and feel inconsistent, overwhelmed, or “not into” fitness or cooking—this still works. You don’t need to love exercise or meal prep. You just need to commit to small daily actions. With the right coaching and structure, those small steps add up to lasting results.
