After Covid disrupted my routines, I lost the structure that kept me strong and confident.

Gyms, pools, and studios closed, and while I cycled more than ever, I lost strength, mobility, flexibility, and confidence. I wanted to stay fit and independent as I age but lacked a clear plan and consistency with strength training at home.

Since starting with Prevail, everything has changed. Training from my home gym with a clear program and structure, I’ve steadily improved my strength, mobility, performance, and confidence.

As a cyclist, the results have been especially noticeable—I’m hitting PRs, climbing faster than I have in years, and riding longer distances earlier in the season. Strength training and improved nutrition have directly translated to better performance on the bike.

Beyond fitness, having a consistent routine has positively impacted my mindset and daily life. I feel stronger both physically and mentally, more confident, and proud of my commitment to staying active. I’m also leaner than I’ve been in over 15 years—down more than 10 pounds—while eating more food than ever, simply with better balance and protein intake.

What I’m most proud of is my consistency. The workouts are manageable, enjoyable, and sustainable, and I now feel confident that this routine will support my strength, health, and independence for years to come.
