Prevail was born in 2020 — but we've been doing this for a while. For 10 years up until covid, we started and operated Athletic One, a private 5,000 sqaure foot facility dedicated to helping athletes and everyday folks achieve more.
Along the way we've been fortunate to work with over 2K+ individuals, from middle school, pro and college athletes, to complete newbies, post rehab, power lifters, and folks over 60 looking to live longer and stay functional.
And we've also utilized our own experience inside of professional sport to give our clients and members the quality they deserve.
Our methods have always been built upon assessment, personalization, and quality work, anchored with an enjoyment of effort and camaraderie. And of course, we like to have some fun as well.
And for 3 years I was stuck.
From a former pro athlete to a soft, lethargic dad.

I tried every diet and workout under the sun - keto, paleo, low carb, HIIT, powerlifting, you name it.
But nothing lasted...until I put 'ALL the pieces together".
Once I did, my own permanent comeback became quicker and easier then I ever imagined. Strong and lean while eating the foods I loved, indulging in moderation, and daily workouts that were refreshingly 'hard to miss'.
