Prevail Coaching was created in 2020, but our roots run much deeper.
For 10 years before COVID, we owned and operated Athletic One — a 5,000 sq. ft. private training facility dedicated to helping athletes and everyday people reach their potential.
Over that decade, we were fortunate to coach more than 2,000 individuals — from middle-school, college, and pro athletes to complete beginners, post-rehab clients, powerlifters, and adults over 60 wanting to move better and stay functional.
We’ve also drawn on our own experience inside professional sport to bring a high standard of coaching, technique, and care to every client we work with.
Our approach has always been built on assessment, personalization, and quality work — anchored by consistency, camaraderie, and a coaching environment that’s challenging, supportive, and enjoyable.
Prevail was born in 2020 — but we've been doing this for a while. For 10 years up until covid, we started and operated Athletic One, a private 5,000 sqaure foot facility dedicated to helping athletes and everyday folks achieve more.
Along the way we've been fortunate to work with over 2K+ individuals, from middle school, pro and college athletes, to complete newbies, post rehab, power lifters, and folks over 60 looking to live longer and stay functional.
And we've also utilized our own experience inside of professional sport to give our clients and members the quality they deserve.
Our methods have always been built upon assessment, personalization, and quality work, anchored with an enjoyment of effort and camaraderie. And of course, we like to have some fun as well.

And for three years… I was completely stuck.
I went from a former pro athlete to a tired, soft, lethargic dad.
22 pounds overweight. Confidence fading.
Energy so low I’d fall asleep on the floor playing with our daughter during my lunch break.
I tried everything — keto, paleo, low-carb, HIIT, heavy lifting — and none of it stuck.
Every plan felt extreme, exhausting, or impossible to sustain with real life.
Everything changed when I finally put all the right pieces together — simple nutrition habits, efficient strength training, mindset shifts, and real structure.
My own comeback happened faster and easier than I expected. I got strong, lean, and energized again… while still eating the foods I loved, enjoying moderation, and following daily workouts that were actually hard to miss — not hard to do.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of men and women do the same.
And I’d love to help you rebuild strength, lose weight, and feel like yourself again — in a way that actually lasts.
