A few years ago, I hit a point where I barely felt like myself anymore. Tired. Out of shape. Struggling to stay consistent while balancing work, family, and real life.

Like a lot of people, I tried extremes: strict diets, exhausting workouts, and unsustainable plans.

What finally changed things wasn’t more intensity.

It was building a realistic system: simple nutrition habits, effective strength training, accountability, and structure that actually makes momentum last.

That experience became the foundation for Prevail Coaching — helping busy adults get stronger, leaner, and more consistent without extremes.
